Upon travelling to Silent Hill with his daughter for a vacation, disaster strucks when Harry Mason crashes his car due to low visibility and intense fog. When he comes to, his daugther is missing. He concludes that she must've made for the town of Silent Hill, and thus sets out on a journey shrouded in mystery, horror and demonic power. For Harry, the nightmares have only begun...

Silent Hill is a psychological survival horror game played from a third-person perspective, utilizing tank controls. The player must solve puzzles, often very cryptic, and fight (or avoid) the horrors that lurk around everywhere. A carriable radio that plays static when monsters are nearby along with a flashlight to see when the surroundings turn dark are tool of the trade here. All this and more is absolutely mandatory if Harry Mason wants any chance of rescucing his daughter and figure out what the heck is happening.
